Getting into Discord
Use the Discord access guide to connect your account and claim access. Inside your chosen server, open a Welcome Ticket to get oriented. Premium also includes one-on-one help; Basecamp offers community discussion and welcome resources.
Billing, cancellation, or refunds
Manage paid membership renewal through the Whop account you joined with. Our cancellation and refund guide explains where to go. Basecamp has no paid subscription to cancel.
